Deconet Safe Buy Service
Deconet Safe Buy Service is a safer way of shopping on the Internet. Neither the seller nor the buyer will have the payment or the purchase at the same time. There is no delivery of an item(s) to the buyer until a payment is made and no payment to the seller until the item(s) have been received and accepted.

You may easily obtain a shipping quote prior to purchasing an item, by requesting a quote. Requesting a quote is non-binding and free of charge. On every item detail page, you will find a link named "Get Shipping Quote". We advise you to compare shipping quotes from several shippers in order to achieve best service and price. Your request will also automaticallly be sent to the seller. Most dealers offer their own shipping solutions.
Deconet recommends that you insure your item while it is in transit.
Make an offer
Deconet's "Make an Offer" function offers buyers the possibility to negotiate the price with the seller. A chance to make a bargain! Clicking the Make an Offer link (attached to the Ready To Buy-button on the object page) will take the you to a page where you can submit an offer or leave a message to the seller. You can also choose to include a shipping request. If the seller accepts the offer, you should settle the deal and proceed to the online payment. The item is not sold until it is paid for. The buyer?s offer is binding. If the offer is accepted buy the seller, the buyer is obliged to pay for it.
